2. Store Credit: Alternatively, you may choose to receive store credit for the full purchase amount. Store credit can be used towards future purchases on VibeEase.com and does not expire.
Return Process:
To initiate a return and request a refund, please follow these steps:

4. Return Shipment: Ship the product back to us using a trackable shipping service. You will be responsible for the return shipping costs, except in cases where the item received was defective or damaged.

Non-Refundable Items:
